Delete your Ratiquo account and the progress associated with it.
Delete in the application
Open Profile → Account → Data and privacy → Delete account and data. Enter the confirmation shown by the application. Deletion is permanent.
No access to the application?
Email admin@ratiquo.com with the subject “Ratiquo account deletion”. Send the request from the linked email address where possible and include the display name and any account details you still have. We may ask for additional information only to verify account ownership.
What is deleted
Immediately after a confirmed request, we delete or irreversibly de-identify the linked email, profile, game history, progress, settings, sessions and device links. A minimal deletion record without the email or game history is kept only as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention and legal accountability. Isolated encrypted backups may retain a residual copy for up to 180 days and are not used to recreate the deleted account.
