Effective and last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Who we are
Ratiquo is operated by Mudrov Aleksandr Sergeevich, IP (the developer, “Ratiquo”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to the Ratiquo mobile application, ratiquo.com and the related online services.
Privacy contact: admin@ratiquo.com.
2. Information we collect
You can start using Ratiquo with a guest profile. Linking an email address is optional and is used for passwordless sign-in and recovery of progress.
- Account and profile data: an internal user and installation identifier, device-session identifier, display name, account status and, if you choose to link it, your email address.
- Game and progress data: completed games, answers and moves needed to validate results, scores, duration, mistakes, hints, selected difficulty, training and daily-task progress, streaks, achievements and skill ratings.
- Preferences: language, sound, accessibility, training and other settings that you choose in the application.
- Device and technical data: platform, operating-system version, application version, timestamps, network address and limited request, error, security and diagnostic logs.
- Communications: information you include when contacting support or requesting account or data deletion.
3. How we use information
Depending on your location, we process this information to provide the service you request, with your consent where required, to meet legal obligations and for legitimate interests such as security and service reliability.
- To create and secure a guest or email-linked account and synchronize progress across authorized devices.
- To provide games, daily tasks, personalized training, progress history, achievements and rankings.
- To verify scores, prevent abuse, investigate errors and protect the service.
- To send one-time sign-in codes and essential service messages that you request.
- To maintain, troubleshoot and improve Ratiquo and comply with legal obligations.
4. Public rankings
If a result qualifies for a ranking, the public leaderboard may display your chosen display name, rank, score and number of completed games. Email addresses, internal account identifiers and device identifiers are never shown in public rankings. You can change the display name in the application.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal data. At the effective date of this policy, Ratiquo does not use third-party advertising SDKs or personal data for targeted advertising.
We disclose only the information needed to infrastructure providers that host the application, database and website, and to email-delivery providers that send requested sign-in codes. These providers process information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Storage, security and international processing
Data sent between the application and our servers is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We use access controls, authentication, restricted administrative access, backups and other technical and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be processed in countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate. Where required, we use safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the information involved.
7. Retention
Account, profile and progress data are generally kept while the account is active and as needed to provide Ratiquo. One-time sign-in challenges expire automatically. Operational and security records are retained only for a limited period needed for reliability, abuse prevention and legal compliance.
When an account is deleted, associated email, profile, game history, progress, settings, sessions and device links are deleted or irreversibly de-identified immediately after the request is confirmed. A minimal record that the deletion occurred, without the deleted email or game history, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention and legal accountability. Residual encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 180 days; they are isolated from ordinary use and are not restored to recreate a deleted account.
8. Account and data deletion
In the Ratiquo application, open Profile → Account → Data and privacy → Delete account and data. Confirming the request permanently deletes the account and associated progress.
If you cannot access the application, use our account-deletion page or email admin@ratiquo.com with the subject “Ratiquo account deletion”. Send the request from the linked email address where possible and include the display name and any account details you still have so we can verify that the account belongs to you.
9. Your choices and rights
You may use a guest account without linking an email address. You can review or change your display name and settings in the application. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal data by contacting admin@ratiquo.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Children
Ratiquo is a general-audience logic-game service and is not specifically directed to children. A person below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country should use an email-linked account only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child provided personal information without the required authorization, contact us and we will investigate and delete it where required.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Ratiquo, the law or our data practices change. We will publish the revised version here and change the effective date. We will provide additional notice in the application when a material change requires it.
